Accessed through the Multnomah County crisis line call center, the program serves individuals and families regardless of insurance, age, or income. Cascadia’s Project Respond often provides brief follow up and referral after a crisis to ensure resolution.Project Respond also assists individuals in hospital emergency rooms to help divert the need for hospitalization by connecting people to community-based services.If you or anyone else is experiencing a mental health emergency and live in Multnomah County, Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare’s Project Respond Team can help provide crisis assessment to individuals and families.
