Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance and every effort well be made to keep your information confidential in accordance with professional ethics, the law and HIPAA privacy policy. The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
PLEASE NOTE: Although I do my best to ensure your confidentiality, email is NOT a secure form of communication. Please be mindful of the amount and content of personal information you include in any email contact.

- If client reports that they are abusing a child or dependent adult or elderly person, as per Oregon law.
- If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s.
- If a client intends to harm her or himself, I will make every effort to enlist her or his cooperation in insuring safety.
